Kineo and City & Guilds are today hosting an event at the Tate Modern for its customers and friends where it will outline plans for the launch of City & Guilds Kineo in the UK.

& Guilds Kineo aims to be a major new brand for learning services
to employers. In addition to existing services such as elearning,
qualifications and accreditation; City & Guilds Kineo will offer new
blended learning programmes in areas such as apprenticeships, customer
service, management and compliance. The new City & Guilds Kineo
brand will be unveiled at the event and attendees will be given a sneak
preview of the new website, which will be launched at the end of the
month.


Charles Leadbeater will open the event with a talk on innovation in
learning. Charles is a leading authority on innovation and creativity,
and author of 'We Think' and 'Innovation in Education'.  Charles has
written and talked extensively on innovation and learning. He is
currently an advisor to the Department for Education's Innovation Unit
on future strategies for more networked and personalised approaches to
learning.
