Gothenburg, SwedenLearning NewsKineo

Kineo is delighted to announce the opening of Kineo Sweden, which will offer the full range of Kineo e-learning services in Sweden. Expanding into the Swedish e-learning market is a natural step for Kineo in its continued international growth.

Kineo’s fresh approach to e-learning and open source LMS solutions has delivered award winning results for its clients, who include McDonalds, HSBC, O2, Tesco and many others. Now Kineo can offer its services through a great team in Kineo Sweden.

Kineo Sweden will be run by Bengt Gustafsson and Anders Bark. Together they have a vast experience of designing and delivering e-learning and training programs to large corporate clients including Ericsson, IKEA, Husqvarna, SKF, Sony Ericsson, Volvo Cars and Volvo Group.

Anders Bark commented: “Today, companies look for flexibility when it comes to e-learning production. In some cases, advanced bespoke e-learning programs are required. In other cases, speed and cost efficiency are of the essence and therefore call for a rapid production approach. Many companies also consider producing their own e-learning material and look for a partner to get started and building capabilities. For all of these situations, Kineo has the experience and the service offer to deliver results for the Swedish market. We’re delighted to be joining the group”

Bengt Gustafsson, adds: "There are no global players in the Swedish e-learning market which provides Kineo Sweden with a great opportunity. Kineo will add the global support requested by a lot of multinational companies here. Apart from the presence of global expertise, the open source LMS offer of Totara and Moodle will gain a lot of interest, especially from large companies that seek to save on expensive license fees. Kineo is one of the most respected e-learning companies in the market and we are very proud to be joining the Kineo Group."

Steve Rayson, Managing Director of Kineo, commented: "We have had a lot of interest and requests from the Swedish market and really feel the need to support this market with local presence. Our clients are increasingly looking for e-learning partners with global capability to meet their requirements, and the addition of Kineo Sweden to the Kineo offices in Europe, the US, China, Pacific and the Middle East ensures we can provide such global services."
