Kineo has developed an e-learning module on the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act which is available free to organizations. It was one of the first Acts signed by President Obama and many experts are predicting a significant increase in the number of pay discrimination claims as a result.

A third of all publicly held organizations and 17% of private organizations have had lawsuits of at more than $20m at issue.

The Kineo E-Learning module allows organizations to provide learning to all their employees on the implications of the new Fair Pay Act. Organizations can download the e-learning add their logo and edit text. The module is also fully SCORM compliant for use in learning management systems.

Kineo’s Rapid E-Learning is an excellent and economic way to communicate critical changes in the law in a simple and straightforward manner.”

Kineo Group CEO, Steve Lowenthal commented “As a result of Lilly Ledbetter, many organizations will see the need to revise their records retention and compensation policies and subsequently provide in-depth training. The reality is this will take time. This module gives organizations an effective tool to reduce risk and raise awareness in the short term.”
