Achieving sustainable behavioural change with theatre techniques

Keystone is attending Learning Live as a Premium Exhibitor this year on 6 and 7 September in London. It'll be running an interactive seminar on 6 September to show attendees how they can harness the power of theatre techniques in training to achieve sustainable behavioural change.

Achieving sustainable behavioural change is the goal of Learning and Development managers everywhere. It's hard to get, and easy to lose. Keystone are specialists in using brain-friendly learning techniques and practical tools to shift behaviours by changing mindsets.

In an interactive seminar on 6th September at Learning Live, attendees will be shown a rare behind-the-scenes insight into one of the most powerful development tools.

Using specialist facilitators, actors and designers, everyone present will be given an experience of theatre techniques, revealing some of the theory behind why and how theatre is so successful in the training room.

When harnessed correctly, theatre techniques are a powerful development tool that accelerate learning, deepen understanding, bring about commitment to change, and powerfully bring to life topics such as leadership, safety, performance conversations and diversity, maximising the return on time and investment.

Done wrongly, it can be a costly waste.

Attendees will leave the session with a good understanding of when, why and how they might want to incorporate theatre techniques into people development programmes, and they'll feel confident in commissioning, monitoring and reviewing this sort of work. They'll also feel enlightened, engaged and stretched as theatre techniques are a fun experience and a great way of adding to a Learning and Development toolkit.

Attendees can also visit the Keystone stand, meet some of the consultancy, account management and delivery teams, and benefit from a fresh perspective on how to creatively address their organisation and people development challenges.

Exclusively designed for heads of learning, talent and development, LEARNING LIVE 2017 is dedicated to tackling today’s strategic challenges in workplace learning. Conveniently located in central London, LEARNING LIVE runs on September 6th and 7th and is free to attend, at the discretion of the organisers.
