On Wednesday 13th February, (12.30-13.00, Theatre 6) Ivana Dragic Topic, Training Manager at JYSK, will be sharing JYSK’s Digital Transformation from eLearning to mLearning to 'wow'. She will share how the roll-out of Kallidus Learn to over 12,000 employees across 20 countries and a new interactive mobile learning curriculum have contributed to a 10% increase in turnover, a 40% increase in online sales and significant improvements in customer service and employee satisfaction levels.

Dante Frederick, Employee Engagement Specialist at Govia Thameslink Railway will be sharing ‘GTR’s journey to better customer service using e-learning and games’ at 10.15-10.45, Theatre 6.
