Kallidus showcases digital learning transformation expertise at Learning Technologies 2019

Award-winning learning and talent management provider Kallidus will be sharing insights into digital learning transformation at the upcoming Learning Technologies 2019 show at ExCeL London on 13th/14th February 2019. Attendees will have the opportunity to see and learn about the latest innovative tools and techniques that improve learner experience and drive organisational change by participating in Kallidus’ seminars, conference and demo zone sessions, and visiting stand G20.

 

On Wednesday 13th February, (12.30-13.00, Theatre 6) Ivana Dragic Topic, Training Manager at JYSK, will be sharing JYSK’s Digital Transformation from eLearning to mLearning to 'wow'. She will share how the roll-out of Kallidus Learn to over 12,000 employees across 20 countries and a new interactive mobile learning curriculum have contributed to a 10% increase in turnover, a 40% increase in online sales and significant improvements in customer service and employee satisfaction levels.  

On the second day of the show (14th February), Kallidus has an exciting line up for people who want to see and hear about real-life innovations in action:  

  • Dante Frederick, Employee Engagement Specialist at Govia Thameslink Railway will be sharing ‘GTR’s journey to better customer service using e-learning and games’ at 10.15-10.45, Theatre 6. Kallidus has helped create this ambitious blended learning programme which is currently being delivered to almost 3,000 customer-facing staff, managers and supervisors via iPads, smartphones and desktop PCs. 

  • JYSK’s Ivana Dragic Topic will be sharing her experience in adapting content for context including mobile delivery as part of the main conference programme session on ‘Creating great content with smart listening’, 13.55-15,05, Conference Room 4, T4S5. 

  • Kallidus will be unveiling its innovation lab in the Demo Zone, 14.45-15.00, where it will showcase the important role of user-generated content to create a community for learning in today’s collaborative workplace.
