This guide acts as the introduction Learning & Development teams need to better understand the benefits and logistics of launching new learning initiatives.

Change in the workplace is inevitable and can come with resistance, especially where technology is involved. Kallidus’ guide is here to help L&D and HR teams through transitions in learning management.

The first of a two-part project, their introduction to launching learning in the workplace breaks down three different approaches to running a launch: staggered, passive, and campaign-based. The guide also explores how to decide which type of launch is best for your organisation and how to get employees on board with technological shifts.

Alice Rowan at Kallidus, author of An Introduction to Launching Learning in the Workplace said: “Launching learning initiatives in the workplace can be intimidating. After attending the conferences at Learning Technologies UK 2019, we realised that many Learning & Development teams may be underprepared to balance the logistics of implementation with an effective launch. This guide is here to break down the basics in low-jargon terms to help L&D professionals understand the benefits of an effective launch and how this can impact learning ROI in the future.”

The full Introduction to Launching Learning in the Workplace is available on Kallidus’ website.
