Kallidus, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has kicked off 2018 with strong growth for Q1 and Q2. Recurring revenues are up by 27% for the first half of the financial year compared to the previous year. Growth is being driven by Kallidus’ expanded product offering, customer-focused approach and investment in leading edge User Experience (UX) design.
Back in October 2017, Kallidus acquired recruitment software provider Advorto, to support the next stage of its growth strategy. The move reinforces Kallidus’ position as a best-in-class provider of a complete SaaS end-to-end solution for learning, performance, 360, recruitment and talent management. Dedicated to helping organisations manage the entire employee lifecycle more effectively, Kallidus is helping companies like Eurostar, Transport for London and the NHS to simplify and modernise their learning and development processes, creating exceptional employee experiences.
Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus said: “We’ve had a busy and successful first half of year with our acquisition of Advorto and some great new customer names coming on board as early-adopters for our next-generation product range. We’re off to a solid start this year and have ambitious plans to drive the business forwards on the back of our new product suite, delivering simple, fast and effective solutions that support the entire employee lifecycle from initial hire to high-flyer.”
Kallidus’ investment in UX design has been recognised and endorsed by the highly esteemed UXUK Awards. Kallidus won ‘Best Learning Experience’ in November 2017 - an award previously untouched by the L&D marketplace. Pitted against brand giants such as The National Trust, BT TV, Warner Brothers and the V&A Museum, Kallidus has reinforced the importance of excellent user-experience in the industry.
Kallidus also secured the Silver Learning Award in the most prestigious category of the awards - Learning Provider of the Year - against strong competition. They were also finalists in for External Provider of the Year for their work with McDonalds. Kallidus is delighted to have been recognised for its immersive e-learning programmes which support a personalised and modern learner experience. Making the most of powerful narrative, high-impact videos and 3D animation, Kallidus is shaping learning environment with real-life scenarios. Organised by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), the awards recognise outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in corporate learning and performance.
Once again this year the Kallidus product set stands up to review as they secure their place on the Fosway Group 9-box grid for their LMS and for their digital content.
Philip Pyle, Sales and Marketing Director added: “Kallidus’ achievements over the past year aren’t just limited to awards, acquisitions and analyst. With customers including four of the Big Five supermarkets, and leading household names like the NHS, United Biscuits, HMRC & McDonalds we’re working with top brand names while also ensuring smaller and mid-sized organisations can benefit from our innovative tools for developing their talent and strengthening their competitive advantage.”
