NHBC has chosen Kallidus Learn and Kallidus Perform, the company’s innovative new learning and performance management solutions to enhance learning opportunities and employee development. Kallidus was selected because its solutions offer an outstanding modern user experience.

NHBC is the UK’s leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes. The organisation was looking for a dynamic and integrated learning and performance solution for its 1,300 staff working across a number of sites. Kallidus was selected following a competitive tender process.

Kallidus has invested heavily in UX (user experience) design and in-depth user testing to make sure user needs are at the heart of every interaction for Kallidus Perform and Kallidus Learn. Kallidus Learn, the company’s next generation learning management system, is an innovative cloud-based platform which enables a more engaging and effective learner experience to be delivered to today’s modern learners across multiple platforms and provides extensive reporting capabilities. The fully responsive solution ensures must-do courses are within two clicks of sign-on and learners can access personalised learning when and where it suits them.

Jay Jupp, a key stakeholder of the project and Organisational Development Consultant at NHBC said: NHBC is delighted to announce they have partnered with Kallidus who will support us with their new performance and learning management systems. We were really impressed with the modern user experience Kallidus has created. This partnership will help shape the changing culture of the organisation especially in how it learns and how performance is managed.”

NHBC will use Kallidus Perform to support the company’s performance development review (PDR) process which is carried out every six and 12 months, giving managers much greater visibility around employee engagement and progress against objectives. Kallidus Learn will support mandatory compliance training via tablets, laptops and desktop PCs and will ensure that learners can easily find and complete the learning they need to be compliant and to support their development.

Philip Pyle, Head of Sales and Marketing at Kallidus said: “We are delighted to be working with NHBC and to be supporting their modern approach to learning and performance management with our new user-friendly cloud-based solution.”
