Kallidus named as finalist for two Learning Awards
Kallidus has been selected as a finalist for two Learning Awards this year: External Learning Solution of the Year in partnership with McDonald’s, and Learning Provider of the Year. Organised by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), the awards recognise outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in corporate learning and performance.
Kallidus and McDonald’s have been shortlisted for their immersive e-learning programme which has been designed to develop the skills of new shift managers leading for the first time. The learning supports wider efforts at McDonald’s to provide customers with a more personalised and modern customer experience. The training content combines powerful narrative, high-impact video and 3D animation to create a learning environment with real-life scenarios.
Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “We are very excited to have been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories in this year’s prestigious Learning Awards which are renowned across the industry for recognising innovation and high-performance. Just to make the finals is an achievement for all our talented employees and is an endorsement for how we work collaboratively with our clients to deliver outstanding results.”
Kallidus has been shortlisted for a raft of industry awards this year. Back in September, Kallidus was shortlisted for two Learning Technologies Awards: Learning Technologies Company of the Year and Excellence in the Design of Learning Content in partnership with McDonald’s. Earlier this month, Kallidus was also shortlisted for a User Experience UK Award (UXUK) for its next-generation learning platform, Kallidus Learn.
The Learning Awards ceremony takes place at the Dorchester hotel in London's Park Lane on Thursday 1st February 2018.
