Cornerstone Community Care has chosen Kallidus Learn to standardise learning and track compliance across multiple sites.

Cornerstone is one of Scotland's largest charities and a leading provider of services for people with disabilities and other support needs. Since it was founded in 1980 Cornerstone has grown to support over 2,200 people, operate over 200 services, employ 2,000 staff, and facilitate over 400 volunteers a year.

They support people of all ages with a variety of needs, including: learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and related disorders.

Cornerstone needed an up-to-date solution with an engaging interface that would enable them to ensure standardised learning materials would be available across multiple sites, to employees and volunteers alike.  Compliance was also a critical factor.

Kallidus was chosen for its simple and intuitive interface that allows managers to chase, track and evidence all competencies across multiple sites. Cornerstone felt that Kallidus were the right solution and the right partner to take them on this journey and meet their learning needs.

Kallidus Learn is a cost effective, SaaS solution that enables organisations to deliver personalised learning to any size of workforce, in multiple locations and languages. Every learner interaction is tracked and measured, allowing managers to gain rich insights, track compliance and nudge where necessary. The groundbreaking new interface allows learners to access learning faster than ever before, in a time and a place that suits them.

Philip Pyle, Head of Sales and Marketing at Kallidus said: “We are delighted to be working with Cornerstone Community Care. The work that they do in Scotland to support learning disabilities and mental illness is impressive and we are proud to be helping them modernise their training to achieve their learning goals with our user-friendly cloud-based solution and supporting services.”
