Kallidus appoints Kay Sanders to drive its content partner alliances
Kallidus, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has appointed Kay Sanders to build its curated content library, enabling Kallidus to provide the best off-the-shelf e-learning packages to its customers while complementing its award-winning bespoke e-learning solutions.
As Learning Consultant, Kay is responsible for developing partnerships with innovative generic content providers who support the development of core hard and soft skills including management, leadership, communications, customer services, compliance, IT and languages. Her role involves working collaboratively with customers to provide affordable best-in-class content packages, curated for specific industry sectors, and structured into clear learning pathways aligned with core competencies to support individual training and development needs.
Kay has more than 15 years experience in the L&D marketplace and was formerly Regional Vice President of Sales, EMEA at sales training specialist Richardson. Prior to this she was Programme Director at Reed Learning and held Account Manager positions at LMD Learning Solutions and AXA ICAS International. Kay has a degree in Occupational Psychology and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University.
