Kallidus and Transport for London (TfL) will be showcasing how immersive e-learning is changing behaviour and transforming customer service at TfL in a free joint seminar at the CIPD Learning and Development Show next week.

TfL is using e-learning as part of a major blended learning initiative to reskill 5,000 managers and staff on the London Underground in preparation for new customer-facing roles. The case study seminar titled ‘E-learning for behaviour change and service transformation’ takes place on Wednesday 13 May 2015, 15.15-15.45, in the Technology for Learning zone.

The seminar will be presented by Toby White, bespoke content specialist at Kallidus and Ian Tatton, digital learning specialist at TfL. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the impressive e-learning content in action which integrates video, scripted scenarios and gaming technology and to understand how TfL’s innovative learning solutions are engaging employees across all functions while helping to embed a lasting change in attitudes.

The CIPD Learning & Development Show 2015 is one of the UK’s leading events for HR and L&D professionals and takes place at London Olympia on May 13 and 14 May 2015.

Kallidus will also be exhibiting at stand 530 and delegates will have the opportunity to try out the company’s high-impact e-learning content and discover how Kallidus Learning and Talent Suite helps organisations develop talented people and improve business performance.

Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus said: “The show is a great opportunity for us to share best practice and demonstrate how e-learning can be used creatively for workplace learning and to drive positive behavioural change.”
