Kallidus will be running a seminar on optimising talent management at Civil Service Live, London next week. The seminar will examine best practice strategies and provide practical solutions to the pressing talent and succession challenges facing the civil service now and in the future.
Kallidus will be presenting the ‘Optimising Talent Management’ seminar at 10.30-11am, 15 July 2014, Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, and will look at:
- How to actively identify key successors and develop your leadership potential
- Managing talent gaps more effectively with flexible talent management processes
- Successful succession planning strategies for the future
- The role of technology in talent management, drawing on industry research and real-life case studies
Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “When it comes to your workforce you will never be able to prepare for every situation. However, you can ensure your succession strategy has flexibility, depth and foresight so that you have a ‘people-ready’ organisation equipped with the right skills for what the future may hold. I’m delighted Kallidus will be presenting at Civil Service Live again this year and sharing our best practice tips to help the civil service to continue to build a more skilled and unified workforce.”
Civil Service Live London is the fourth and final event of this year's Civil Service Live programme. Delivered in partnership with the Cabinet Office, the event brings together managers and senior stakeholders from government departments, agencies and private sector organisations to launch and communicate policy, share best practice, and showcase collaborative working.
Kallidus will be showcasing its Learning, Performance and Talent Management solutions and its learning content development and consultancy expertise at stand 58, part of the ‘A More Skilled Civil Service Hub’, in the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre on both days of the event taking place on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 July 2014.
