Kallidus to present talent agility seminar at CIPD ACE

Kallidus will be speaking and exhibiting at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition next week. Sales and Marketing Director Philip Pyle is running a seminar on ‘Achieving Global Talent Agility’ and will examine how an agile approach to talent management with the right people, processes and technology is essential for meeting rapidly changing business needs and succeeding in today’s global marketplace.

Philip’s seminar takes place in the HR Technology stream, on Wednesday 5 November 2014, at 11.15-11.45pm. Drawing on best practice, Philip will cover the following areas:

  • Proactive succession planning: how to align succession plans with short and long-term business goals
  • Identifying and developing high-potentials: how to direct investment in talent that will create most value for the business and manage talent gaps more effectively through leadership development and talent mobility initiatives
  • Building a robust talent pipeline from within: creating an Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain the best; using technology to win through
