Kallidus today announced that its revenues for the financial year ending June 2014 are up 20% on last year’s figures. This year marks 10 years of continuous and profitable growth for Kallidus, driven by the company’s strong leadership skills, customer-focused approach and ability to constantly innovate.
Kallidus has bolstered its loyal client base with a record number of new customer wins this year across a broad range of industry sectors to include high-profile names like Booking.com, Yorkshire Water, Civil Service Resourcing and Leicester Partnership NHS Trust.
Kallidus’ three core business areas – learning and talent solutions, content development and consultancy - have all performed well with revenues continuing to grow as a result of the company’s ability to provide total learning and talent solutions. Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus:
“This year is a real milestone for the company as we celebrate 10 years of consecutive profitable growth. Kallidus’ success is driven by an ethos of putting the customer at the centre of everything we do which continues to result in exceptionally high customer satisfaction and retention levels and a true partnership approach to business.
“The new financial year is off to a good start and through new product innovations and best-practice accreditations like Investors in People and ISO 27001 which we secured earlier this year, we have a very strong platform to support future growth.”
