Kallidus has achieved the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Bronze Accreditation in just 12 months, placing the company at the leading edge of best practice in people management.

Kallidus has been awarded IiP Bronze accreditation in recognition of the extra commitment the company has made to developing its people, having been initially awarded the IiP Standard in April 2013. Bronze organisations are advanced investors in people, having progressed well beyond the IiP Standard by demonstrating at least 26 more pieces of evidence of their ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

Commenting on the award, Carole Laithwaite, Chief Operations Officer at Kallidus said: “We are delighted to have secured the highly-coveted Bronze status and to achieve this in just 12 months is a real testament to everybody in our team and the collaborative nature of our business. Kallidus is committed to gaining the highest standards of customer service and key to delivering this is our continued commitment to employee development, recognition and satisfaction which is fundamental to our competitive advantage and growth.”

IiP is the UK's leading people management standard and helps organisations to improve business performance through their people. Kallidus joins an exclusive group of UK employers eligible to be called Investors in People, and enjoy the benefits of the most successful framework for business improvement through people in the UK.

Said Mary Walsh, IiP specialist for IiP South: “Great people make a great business and Kallidus should feel proud that it has both."

IiP offers a practical, flexible and easy to use framework for improving business productivity, performance and competitiveness in organisations of all types and sizes through good practice in people management. An organisation that has achieved IiP accreditation has been successful in adopting and maintaining the fundamental principles set out in the framework. The UK Commission for Employment and Skills has strategic ownership of the IiP framework. IiP is part of the UK Commission’s ambition to improve skills, employment and productivity across the UK.
