Areas that Rob will cover include:

  • Do you have the right talent on board?
  • What if a key employee or leader moves on?
  • How can your organisation ensure that the right skills and wealth of experience of those approaching retirement are transferred to younger generations?
  • And, does your organisation have the talent with the right competencies ready, willing and able to fill future roles when the time comes?

Said Rob Caul: "It is great to be attending the World of Learning event again. This is always a good event for us. We are delighted to be playing a key role by speaking at the Conference on a topic that continues to be of growing importance within this industry".
