Business intelligence provider GamblingCompliance, has chosen Kallidus Learning Management System (LMS) to help it deliver a new e-learning service to the global gambling industry.

The Kallidus learning platform has just gone live with two practical and engaging off-the-shelf courses on Responsible Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering. Ultimately, it will enable GamblingCompliance to deliver off-the-shelf, customised and fully bespoke courses across essential Governance, Risk and Compliance topics such as Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Data Protection.

GamblingCompliance’s clients range from casino, lottery and sports betting operators to financial services and law firms, online and mobile providers and payment processors. Increasing regulation in the gambling industry and a complex operating environment mean that these organisations need to ensure their employees understand and comply with key laws, regulations and internal policies.

Said David Morgan, CEO at GamblingCompliance: “Our new learning platform will help governance, risk and compliance professionals in the gambling industry reduce their regulatory risk exposure. We chose Kallidus because of its strong reputation and because it offered an easy to set up and cost-effective learning platform for the delivery of highly engaging e-learning content.”

Kallidus LMS is set to deliver a number of benefits to GamblingCompliance and its global client base. These include quick deployment and easy web-based access to cost-effective and engaging e-learning content. In addition, Kallidus LMS helps optimise the management, tracking and reporting of courses and provides a full audit trail on the progress of each learner to demonstrate ongoing compliance. GamblingCompliance is offering its clients the LMS as a managed service.

The specialist e-learning content is being developed in-house by GamblingCompliance’s team of subject matter experts who are using industry-specific scenarios and examples, interactive maps, and large question banks to test understanding, ensuring that the courses are practical, interactive and engaging. Each course is designed for rapid customisation for tailored modules to include references to a client’s policies, procedures and branding. Completely bespoke e-learning courses are also available for the specific training needs of larger organisations.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “We are delighted to be supporting GamblingCompliance in this major new initiative which will make it faster and more cost-effective for the global gambling industry to train employees and adhere to ever more complex compliance requirements”.
