Second e2train/Bersin & Associates Webinar to focus on Succession Planning and the Role of Technology

The series is taking place in partnership with premier research and consulting firm, Bersin & Associates, with Director & Principal Analyst at Bersin, Katherine Jones, leading the session entitled: 'Future-Proof Your Talent: Making Succession Technology Work for You.'

As Director of HCM (Human Capital Management) Technology at Bersin & Associates, Dr. Katherine Jones focuses on technology that supports all HR and talent management programmes and processes. Prior to joining Bersin, Dr. Jones was a research director at Aberdeen Group for eight years, focusing on research and consulting services in HR, talent acquisition, workforce management, ERP, and mid-market companies. Dr. Jones has published over 300 works on talent management, technology and business practices. She has a Master and Doctorate degree from Cornell University.
