Plynt Certification for e2train’s Kallidus Talent and Succession application, 81Boxes
e2train, a leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, is delighted to announce that its 81Boxes application technology has been awarded Plynt Certification for Application Security. Kallidus Talent and Succession (81Boxes) is an easy to use, smart suite of talent management and succession planning software for HR professionals and senior managers.
The Plynt Certification demonstrates that the 81Boxes application technology has the required measures to guard against remote adversaries and protect against a wide range of threats. The certification standard includes 16 criteria organised into two sections. First, the Security Protection Criteria which identifies the defences an application must demonstrate including protecting sensitive data in transmission and safeguarding passwords. The second section is the Security Requirements Criteria, which specifies the features and behaviour an application must contain to meet the certification standard.
This award is significant for 81Boxes technology due to the nature of the sensitive information held within; primarily details of the key talent in an organisation.
