Kallidus (formerly e2train), the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, today announced that it has released version 9.2 of its award winning Kallidus Learning Management System (LMS). Kallidus LMS is part of the modular Kallidus Learning & Talent suite which brings together learning, performance management, talent management and succession planning to provide customers with flexible end-to-end solutions for improving business performance.

Kallidus LMS enables organisations to deploy, manage, track and report on all types of learning via an intranet or the internet. Version 9.2 offers a number of new features and functionality designed to enhance user experience and reporting capabilities.

New features within Kallidus LMS version 9.2 include:

  • A new ‘record a rating’ feature for accreditation programmes – this enables the configuration of element ratings to be associated with one or more accreditation elements, providing the ability to add additional information to the element marking, which can subsequently be reported.
  • New interactive administration reports have been added to show information about evaluation forms that are assigned to courses and lessons.
  • Enhancements to existing interactive reports with new fields added including certification dates, new external course types, additional event booking fields, accreditation reminders and many more.
  • New ‘container’ lesson functionality which groups a set of lessons together so that completion of any one lesson in the group marks the container as complete. The container lesson provides other functionality, such as accreditations, CPD, certificates and refresher training.
  • New optional field for the ‘from’ email address making it possible to specify which email address the LMS will use to send emails from for every email template in the LMS.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus, “Our latest release enhances Kallidus Version 9 and will deliver a number of business benefits to customers, helping them to reduce costs, improve training delivery, provide more flexible training options, meet compliance requirements and improve training records management.”

Over the last decade, Kallidus LMS has helped hundreds of organisations including some of the UK’s best known names such as Boots, the NHS, Transport for London and Nissan, to target learning to the right person at the right time, whilst optimising training expenditure and reducing costs.

Kallidus LMS provides a ‘one-stop shop’ for learning delivery, management and assessment with key features including a user-friendly and customisable interface; a built-in reporting suite; blended learning and classroom management capability; online collaboration and social networking capabilities; and a flexible, modular structure.
