Eurostar selects e2train’s Kallidus LMS as its new performance management system
e2train, a leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has been selected to deliver Kallidus Performance to Eurostar, the high-speed passenger service linking London and mainland Europe.
Eurostar has selected e2train’s Kallidus performance management system to enhance the performance review process for its staff and to make it easier for managers and end-users to use and meet the specific needs of the business. e2train will provide a single sign on to Kallidus. The main access point for Eurostar’s 1,800 employees will be via their intranet.

Eurostar is the high-speed rail service directly linking the UK to France and Belgium via the Channel Tunnel. It started operating in 1994, providing city centre to city centre services. Eurostar has been at the leading edge of innovation in the rail network, setting new standards for travel by train. It was one of the first rail operators to introduce business lounges and a loyalty programme.
Since its 2000 launch, Kallidus has helped hundreds of organisations target learning to the right person at the right time, whilst optimising training expenditure and reducing costs. 1. Eurostar is the high-speed train service linking St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International, Paris, Brussels, Lille, Calais, Disneyland® Paris, Avignon and the French Alps.

5. Eurostar and Eurotunnel are entirely separate companies. Eurostar operates high-speed passenger trains, while Eurotunnel operates vehicle shuttle services and the Channel Tunnel itself. Eurostar is Eurotunnel’s biggest customer.
