e2train, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, today announced that its revenues for the financial year ending June 2012 are up 31% on the previous year. This is the eighth year in a row that e2train has shown annual profitable growth, with the company’s operating profits up 80% on 2011’s year end results.

During the year, e2train has won orders from major new customers across a broad range of industry sectors including Ultra Electronics, Eurostar, Bluefin Corporate Consulting, facilities management company OCS, operational effectiveness consultancy OEE, and Hachette UK, the largest book publishing group in the UK. e2train’s long standing customer base continues to contribute significantly to organisational growth.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of e2train:

“We are delighted with the company performance this year, particularly in light of the challenging economic conditions that have continued to prevail. The three core areas of our business - software systems, consultancy services and content development - have all performed well, with our commitment to outstanding customer service continuing to be a key strength for us.”

“The new financial year is off to a very good start, with our growth targets continuing to be ambitious as we strive to be the provider of choice for learning and talent solutions,” added Caul.

During the past financial year e2train expanded its operations with a move to larger offices in the UK and, as part of its ambitious growth strategy, appointed key roles of Test Manager, Head of Marketing, Senior Talent Consultant and a number of additions in sales, development and support.

The financial year ending June 2012 also saw e2train shortlisted for some of the industry’s most prestigious awards including the European Software Excellence Awards and The Learning Awards where e2train and Nissan Europe received a bronze award for Learning Technologies Solution of the Year 2012.

Further strengthening its growth strategy and on the back of another successful year of profitable growth, e2train is undergoing a major rebranding programme. Due to be unveiled at the end of September 2012, the company’s rebranding efforts will see a new corporate identity introduced across all aspects of the business with brand values supporting the company’s inherent focus on high customer satisfaction. The move reflects the company’s growth and transformation and conveys its learning, performance and talent management capabilities and solutions approach to consultancy, technology and service excellence.
