Paula’s background covers business strategy specialising in talent development and organisational change across multiple sectors including manufacturing, public sector, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail. She has worked with a range of blue chip organisations across the UK and has experience of working in the US, Canada, Europe and Australasia.
During her career she has worked closely with senior business teams and board members, through times of major change, to provide pragmatic solutions and delivering sustained improvement. Her wealth of experience that she brings to e2train includes the role of Senior HR Manager at leading retailer Tesco.
Paula’s expertise lies in combining strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret the impact on people of major business change, unlocking potential both within businesses and individuals to drive real results.
