e2train has been awarded ISO 9001: 2008, the international standard for quality management. The accreditation is seen by e2train as a significant step in its ongoing rigorous commitment to better customer service and support. Only around 5% of UK businesses have the accreditation.

The ISO attainment required e2train to demonstrate its standards across the organisation from product design and business development through to delivery and support of all its products and services. The company provided clear and robust processes across the business, demonstrating efficiency and underpinning its determination to deliver effective solutions.

e2train already enjoys consistently high customer loyalty and satisfaction levels. In its most recent customer satisfaction survey, the knowledge and expertise of its services and support team was rated as ‘good or better’ by a remarkable 94% of users of the system. The company believes that the documented processes inherent in ISO accreditation will cement these results enabling it to build for the future on sound underlying objectives.

Rob Caul, Managing Director, comments: “Receiving the award is excellent news for e2train. ISO 9001 gives customers extra confidence that they are doing business with an organisation that can meet their needs in a timely manner, using documented processes. This award demonstrates our commitment and ability to deliver such quality. The certification provides a blueprint to help maintain our current standards for the future”.

ISO 9001 is recognised as the international standard for quality management. Over 350,000 companies are registered to ISO 9001. The certification reflects excellence across the full range of business standards - continual improvement of service and product performance, higher customer satisfaction levels and improved productivity and communications.
