Computeach, the longest established IT training company in the UK, chooses Kallidus Learning Management System from e2train, the UK's leading provider of learning and performance technologies.

Computeach has chosen to implement Kallidus Learning Management System from e2train, to deliver and manage training provision for thousands of its learners. The move is part of a significant investment by Computeach in technological resources to ensure it continues to deliver the latest technologies, courses, expert tuition and support. This investment has seen the launch of a new website, and a new 'My Computeach' community site, providing both students and non-students with access to IT, careers and learning-related information.

With the huge number of student enrolments year on year, and the integration of new learning delivery methods, Computeach needed to be able to track and manage all of its students as effectively as possible. The Kallidus Learning Management System easily allows Computeach to handle all of its different learning types and to review the position of individual students and the student body as a whole.

Computeach advocates a motivational structure for its learners that is milestone-driven. This encourages the attainment of smaller goals whilst progressing to achieve an overall accreditation. Kallidus LMS enables learning to be deployed in manageable modules. This means that learners are continuously set new goals but still have the flexibility to study at their own pace.

Lucy Ireland, Head of Learner Services at Computeach, explains 'Our goal is always to provide the best service for our learners. The implementation of the Kallidus Learning Management System means the delivery of our training becomes even more user friendly. Learners will have just one central access point for all their learning, communications and support including forums and blogs. This move will bring everything together in one place and make it completely customer-centric.'

Managing Director of e2train, Rob Caul, comments 'We are delighted to be working in partnership with Computeach on such an exciting deployment of the Kallidus LMS. Computeach has a clear vision of what it wishes to achieve through technology. This has helped enormously in creating a specification for the Learning Management System that will enable Computeach to provide the best possible service and support to its learners.'

The implementation has successfully completed its pilot phase and the new system is being rolled out to Computeach students during 2008. The Kallidus Learning Management System will support, manage and report on the learning of thousands of people in ways that will allow Computeach to continue to be at the leading edge of technology, whilst training the technology experts of tomorrow.
