Learning NewsKallidus

Leading provider of learning systems and solutions, e2train, has today announced a partnership with Questionmark that will enable it to offer advanced assessment solutions through Questionmark Perception™ Software.

Questionmark Perception™ will integrate seemlessly with e2train's Kallidus® Learning Management System and will enable organisations to create, deliver, administer and report on tests, quizzes and surveys, without the need for specific programming skills.

The software, which can be deployed on an intranet, the Internet or using Windows PCs, will provide organisations with a cost-effective means by which to create powerful and detailed assessments to measure learning performance against business objectives, and assess return on investment of training activities.

Some of the many features of Questionmark Perception™ include: an easy-to-use authoring tool; a secure or open environment for assessments; question banking organised by learning objective and adaptive branching based on how questions are answered; questions delivered in order or ramdomly; instant feedback and online viewing of results and reports as well as customisable report styles.

The addition of Questionmark Perception™ to its portfolio will enable e2train to strengthen its current offering in assessment solutions, and provide clients with total learning solutions as a result. Rob Caul, Managing Director of e2train, said "We are delighted to be able to offer Questionmark Perception™ to our clients and feel that the partnership with Questionmark further demonstrates our commitment to helping our clients deliver, manage and report on training cost-effectively."

Philippa Bean, Business Development Manager for Questionmark said "Both Questionmark and e2train have very powerful and complementary products to offer our customers. Our products are standards-based and together they offer a total solution for learning, making it easy for companies to deploy effective online assessments as an integral part of their e-learning programmes. e2train exemplifies the positive, forward-looking attitude that makes for innovative training and motivated learners. We are delighted to be working with them as partners and look forward to many successes together in the future."
