JZero Solutions and Silver Lining Solutions expand their integrated functionality
JZero Solutions has announced that its JLMS Enterprise platform has been further integrated with Silver Lining’s performance optimisation solution, Optimizer. This integration enables the delivery of automated and individually personalised course assignments based on Optimizer’s assessment outcomes and powerful employee performance data analytics.
JLMS Enterprise has been integrated with the Optimizer solution for some years now, allowing Optimizer assessments to be added directly into JLMS Enterprise as courses. Now, assessments can be added to the JLMS course catalogue and content – from a course or a book to a video or an assessment - can be auto-assigned from within the LMS to match learners’ training plans.
With this new automated content assignment functionality, a client with both JLMS Enterprise and Optimizer can benefit from Optimizer’s analytics and assessment capabilities to action knowledge and capability-related training plans for their learners. Learning is customised at an individual level which not only creates an end to end learning journey for employees, but also eliminates the unnecessary costs and time wasted with a typical ‘one size fits all’ approach.
