Jenison is pleased to announce its relationship with Virtual Learning Academy following the acquisition of a stake in the company. Establishing co-ownership with the Scottish based business partner.

Two managing directors within the field of learning interventions have paired up to establish a new and complimentary cross English/Scotish border partnership. Steve Soper of Jenison and Cath Sutherland of Virtual Learning Academy have established co-ownership of Virtual Learning Academy.

The cross border connections will bring Jenison closer to their northern partners and strengthen VLA links further down South. In turn, the partnership will bring together complimentary skills, knowledge and connections between the two companies.

“This partnership offers fantastic scope for shared content delivery and collective industry experience: Jenison will benefit from CMI approved content, whilst VLA gain access to leading course content and Jenison's authoring tool, Perform. Definitely an exciting prospect!" Alison Soper, one of the founding members of Jenison.

Jenison's already recognised leadership and management capability development resources will benefit from the specialist skills and knowledge held within VLA and their connections with the Chartered Management Institute. Jenison's management skills learning interventions themselves originally designed by subject specialists will now have farther reach through the VLA both in terms of industry and geography.

The partnership combines Jenison's capability development tools with the VLA's focus on breaking down barriers to learning. The resources from both parties having been designed by subject specialists and enabling modern learning approaches.

The key messages of the VLA service of adaptable and flexible learning compliment Jenison's already extensive range of learning interventions. The combined knoweldge, skills and resources between the companies will strengthen the performance readiness resources offered by both parties.
