Having graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Business Management, Zilla has worked within the eLearning industry throughout her career, developing excellent relationships with a number of key organisations in the Public Sector and eLearning spheres. Working for ILX Group for a number of years, she is experienced in advice, training and consultancy for the Public Sector.

CEO Steve Soper comments:

“2016 is set to be a big year here at Jenison, with a number of exciting projects on the go. Zilla is a brilliant addition to the team, with enthusiasm and invaluable industry know-how. We’re keen to expand our Public Sector relations, and look forward to a fun year ahead. Good luck and welcome to the team, Zilla.”

Jenison has a long history of working closely with the Public Sector, building lasting, professional relationships with organisations across the UK. In the coming year, Jenison is eager to expand its network and continue to develop its reputation as a high-quality digital learning provider. Jenison offers a wide range of eLearning solutions in key areas such as Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Leadership & Management, and Workplace Skills.

Training anywhere and on the go, eLearning can be a highly effective and cost-efficient alternative to traditional classroom training, as Zilla explains:

“The need to deliver high quality courses at affordable prices has become even more important in recent years, after numerous reforms to the Public Sector. Whilst traditionally, classroom training was the preferred method of study, it is often no longer considered a sustainable cost for an organisation, from time out of the office to the cost of tutored delivery. However, imagine not needing to leave the office to complete your course? Being able to study in and around your current role commitments?

ELearning offers not only the benefits of cost, time and flexibly, but also social and tailored learning, to get the very most out of the training experience.”

We’re looking forward to seeing what 2016 has in store, so watch this space for more updates from Zilla, and the rest of the team here at Jenison.
