CERTPOINT Systems™ and Forrester Research are partnering to present a webinar on July 14 detailing the necessity of mobile enablement and social collaboration on July 14, 2011. Forrester Research Senior Analyst Claire Schooley will explain why these two capabilities are rapidly becoming critical when considering an LMS.
CERTPOINT CEO Ara Ohanian will define the DNA of learners in the new millennium. "Learners today want to get things done fast," he says. "They're impatient and disregard whatever doesn't meet their needs. Learning & development professionals have to recognize this, harness it and move on to the next generation of learning at work." In the webinar, Ara will use real-world examples of social and mobile learning to demonstrate how to build learning for the future.

"Millennial learners are leading us toward a richer, fuller approach to learning," says Ara. "And it is up to us in the learning profession to ensure it is fully catered for. We must develop a new organizational learning environment which meets the needs of today's learner."
