Impetus Training to Launch Janus Creative Planning at the World of Learning
Impetus Training is launching two half day Janus Creative Planning® workshops at the World of Learning exhibition. Both bespoke workshops and (unusually) open versions, are tailor-made through research and briefings to individual delegates, with numbers strictly limited to facilitate personal coaching.
Janus Creative Planning® is a visualisation technique which can be applied to both strategic goals and everyday challenges to provide creative ideas on 'what to do' to achieve way beyond 'normal' aspirations. It can be of value to people in any role, but Impetus has developed dedicated applications in its areas of speciality - leadership, management, teamworking and selling/negotiating.
Also launching at the World of Learning is Rick Whitehead’s 'A Little Book of Epigrams' - 40 original, amusing, but serious, aphorisms which help people reflect and learn how to fulfill their true potential. This little book plays a key part in helping people use the principles of Janus Creative Planning® in their everyday roles.
From a learning/training manager’s point of view Janus has been specifically designed to either stand alone to boost performance, or provide added value to, and synergise with, existing developmental frameworks.

Notes
The bespoke workshop can be any four hours in the day, any location, for the convenience of the client. The open version is either 8.00am to 12.00pm or 2.00pm to 6.00pm at regional venues, the first dates of which will be announced at the World of Learning exhibition 29 and 30 September at the NEC - Impetus Training Stand C130.
