Hive Learning will showcase insight into how organisations can see the impact from digital learning and change programmes in weeks, not years, at Learning Technologies. The digital learning partner for putting change into action - and their customers - will share powerful strategies for unlocking value for learners and driving ROI.

At Learning Technologies, 10.15am on Wednesday 13th February in Exhibition Theatre Seminar 7, Hive Learning will host a panel with Barclays Head of Digital Learning, John Shurmer, and Fospha CEO, Sam Carter, on how organisations can avoid the ‘flop’ that often coincides with the launch of new learning technology.

John Shurmer leads digital learning for 30,000 colleagues across Barclays’ UK business, having previously led the Learning Incubator focused on transforming the Barclays learner experience.

Fospha is a new breed of data intelligence platform that uses the power of data science to integrate multiple data points - from where users click to what the weather forecast is - and drive ROI through multi-touch attribution.

Topics for discussion include:

  • how these organisations use a breadth of data to unlock value for their learners and take an agile, test and learn approach to change management
  • their experiences of building a learning ecosystem to support every type of behavioural change from progressing diverse talent, to embedding new leadership behaviours, to creating a daily habit of learning and collaboration

On stand L38, Hive Learning will showcase Kaleidoscope - a mobile toolkit for building inclusive culture, featuring the most actionable insight from 1,000 leading sources on D&I.
