Growth Engineering Strike Quadruple Gold At The 2022 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards
Growth Engineering, the learning impact experts, have won four gold awards at the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards. These awards were won in partnership with L’Oréal Travel Retail.
L’Oréal Travel Retail uses Growth Engineering Learning App to support and train their Beauty Advisors. This app harnesses the power of microlearning, gamification and social learning to supercharge engagement, create a high-performance learning culture and generate real business impact.
As a result, Growth Engineering Learning App has been instrumental in helping L’Oréal Travel Retail to smash their learning goals. So much so that Brandon Hall's expert judges deemed it worthy of four gold awards in the following categories:
- Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy
- Best Results of a Learning Program
- Best Use of Mobile Learning
- Best Use of Social Collaborative Learning
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives. Winners were selected based on the following criteria: fit for need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and measurable benefits.
