The Learning Awards is an annual international awards programme. The judges choose the most outstanding learning platforms, solutions and people within differing fields within learning, development, and talent management across global corporate, education, and public-service sectors.
L’Oréal Travel Retail uses the Growth Engineering Learning App to communicate with and deliver training to their global user-base. The app was instrumental for remaining in touch with colleagues during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, which forced the disposal of approved training plans.
Growth Engineering Learning App was used to create lasting impact. Growth Engineering were able to show that it delivered significant cost savings and improved training efficiency. They were also able to show that revenue was generated linked directly to training campaigns launched through the app.
On the criteria for winning a Learning Impact Award, Learning Awards had this to say:
“The Learning Impact Award is presented to an enterprise that has implemented any kind of learning intervention on its own, or to a provider who produced a learning programme that included an evaluation and measurement strategy with quantifiable positive outcomes.”
The Learning Awards awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in 20 categories. All finalists were selected by 54 industry leaders that form the independent judging panel. The full list of winners for the 2022 programme can be found on the Learning Awards website.
Juliette Denny, Managing Director at Growth Engineering, was delighted with the win:
“Here at Growth Engineering, we focus on delivering real business impact through learner engagement. This award is a testament to our technology’s ability to deliver this and the amazing work being done by the L’Oréal Travel Retail team. They truly are an award-worthy bunch and I’m delighted to see their efforts get recognised.”
