Growth Engineering adds two Gold Learning Technology Awards to its Trophy Cabinet

Growth Engineering, the learning impact experts, has won two gold awards at the 2022 Learning Technologies Awards. In partnership with L’Oréal Travel Retail, they excelled in the categories: ‘Best use of social and collaborative learning technologies’ and ‘Best learning technologies project - commercial sector (UK)’.

 

The Learning Technologies Awards is an annual awards programme celebrating the very best learning projects globally. The 2022 event was the biggest one to date, with nominees competing across 23 categories and over 900 attendees gathering together to celebrate.

L’Oréal Travel Retail uses Growth Engineering Learning App to deliver training to their global user base. The organisation has been able to create long-lasting impact by improving training efficiency and delivering significant cost savings.

Growth Engineering were nominated in two categories in partnership with L’Oréal Travel Retail, winning Gold in both:

  • Best learning technologies project - commercial sector (UK)
  • Best use of social and collaborative learning technologies

Learning Technologies awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards after reviewing both written entries and presentations. Finalists were evaluated and selected by an independent judging panel of industry experts. The full list of this year’s winners is available on the Learning Technologies Awards website.

For Growth Engineering, Learning Technologies appreciated how the project was very much designed for its target audience. L’Oréal Travel Retail was able to meet their training objectives and deliver an exceptional user experience that improved overall learning output and engagement.
