Growth Engineering Shine Bright With Two Diamond LearnX Live! Awards

Growth Engineering, the learning impact experts, have added two further awards to their trophy cabinet. In partnership with L’Oréal Travel Retail, Growth Engineering won Diamond for 'Best App eLearning Design' and ‘Best Pandemic Response’ in the 2021 LearnX Live! cohort.

 

The LearnX Live! Awards is an annual international awards programme. They select the most outstanding learning platforms and solutions in various fields within learning, development, and talent management across global corporate, education, and public-service sectors.

L’Oréal Travel Retail uses the Growth Engineering Learning App to communicate with and deliver training to their global user-base. The app was especially helpful during the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, which completely disrupted approved training plans. 

The Growth Engineering Learning App saved the day and became their sole form of communication and training support for their end users. The mobile application makes use of brain science-backed methods such as microlearning, gamification and social learning to create a memorable and immersive learning experience. 

LearnX Live awarded Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in over 70 categories. Finalists were selected by an independent judging panel of experts. The full list of winners for the 2021 programme is available on the LearnX Live! website.

Helen Tang, Head of Retail Education at L'Oréal APAC, was overjoyed at the achievement:
