Growth Engineering Claim Another Gold at The Brandon Hall Technology Awards
Growth Engineering have been recognised once again by the Brandon Hall Group in their Excellence in Technology Awards. In partnership with L’Oréal Travel Retail, Growth Engineering have won Gold for 'Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology’ for 2021.
L’Oréal Travel Retail uses the Growth Engineering Learning App as the framework for their mobile app solution ‘My Beauty Club’. The app has been fully customised to their brand specifications. It is used to communicate with and deliver training to their user-base around the world.
The mobile application makes use of brain science-backed methods such as microlearning, gamification and social learning to create a memorable and immersive learning experience. Constant innovations have been made, such as the launch of live streaming functionality, squad-based knowledge battles, streaks, scorecards and much more.
The awards judging panel consists of independent senior industry subject matter experts and practitioners, and Brandon Hall Group research analysts and executive leadership. There are three categories for award winners: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Only approximately one out of five entries gets an award.
