Growth Engineering wins three Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards
Growth Engineering, a multi-award winning learning technologies company, has won two golds and one silver at this year’s Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
Now entering its 21st year, the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards Programme is the most prestigious awards programme in the industry. Often called the ‘Academy Awards’ by Learning, Talent and Business Executives, the programme was one of the first of its kind in the learning industry when it launched in 1994.
Growth Engineering’s award submissions were made jointly with some of its clients for their use of its gamified, social learning management system, The Academy LMS.
The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Senior Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the programme, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.
Growth Engineering and its clients won the following awards:
TD Academy - GOLD for Best Sales Training Program for Extended Enterprise (Sales Performance category)
TD Academy was built by Growth Engineering, Hewlett-Packard and Azlan, the Enterprise Division of Tech Data Corporation.
TD Academy has been used to train Azlan’s 4,000 sales partners spread across Europe. The main goal of the programme was to outgrow the market and all competition. Since launching in 2013, the partners who are making the most of TD Academy are now outperforming the rest of the market by roughly 70% in terms of year-on-year growth.
GAME Learning Zone - GOLD for Best Use of Learning and or Talent Technologies (Sales Performance category)
GAME Learning Zone was built by Growth Engineering and GAME Retail UK. It’s used to train GAME’s 3,800 sales staff nationwide.
Though it only launched in April 2015, it’s already delivering an impact on GAME’s sales figures. Their learners have also shown high levels of engagement with the platform and its social features, using it to communicate and share with their colleagues nationwide.
Steinhoff Learning Store - SILVER for Best Results of a Learning Program (L+D category)
Steinhoff Learning Store was built by Growth Engineering and Steinhoff UK Retail. It’s used to train the 2,300 salespeople across Steinhoff’s UK businesses – Bensons for Beds, Harvey’s and Cargo.
Growth Engineering and Steinhoff worked closely together to fully brand and customise the learning platform. Since launching, Steinhoff’s three UK businesses have increased sales revenue, reduced staff turnover, and cut down the time it takes to train new starters by a third.
