The AITD (Australian Institute of Training and Development) National Conference, to be held on 13 and 14 May 2015 at the Australian Technology Park in Sydney, is a premier training and development event that has developed a reputation for providing delegates with high-quality, dynamic presentations on an exciting range of innovative topics.

Bronze sponsor Growth Engineering, an award-winning online learning company passionate about making adult learning fun, is dedicated to improving learner engagement on Learning Management Systems through the use of ground-breaking functionality and features, like gamification and social learning.

In addition to sponsoring the AITD event, Growth Engineering will also be exhibiting their brand new product Genie, a cloud-based authoring tool which allows developers to easily create engaging game-based eLearning, on Stand 12.

Among the impressive list of keynote speakers at the AITD National Conference is Craig Weiss, CEO of E-Learning 24/7, who was this year ranked the most influential person in the world for eLearning. His talk, ‘No more LMS secrets,’ will give conference attendees the inside scoop on the LMS industry and show delegates what feature sets to look out for in the next few years, the latest LMS trends, and which LMSs to watch out for in 2015.

Each year Craig reviews over 600 Learning Management Systems and releases a list of the top 50. This year, Growth Engineering’s Academy LMS – already ranked the world’s best Gamified LMS, best Next-Gen LMS and best Retail LMS in 2014 – came in at Number 1 in the World on Craig’s list.

Juliette Denny, Managing Director of Growth Engineering, said: “We’ve never attended, sponsored or exhibited at an Australian L&D event before, so we’re very excited to get stuck in. We hope it will be the first of many events we attend in this part of the world.”

Meetings with Growth Engineering at the AITD National Conference can be booked by email via [email protected] or via the meeting web form.

Registration for the AITD National Conference is available via the AITD website.
