Go1, one of the world’s largest corporate education content hubs, this year extends its sponsorship of The Learning Awards hosted by the esteemed Learning and Performance Institute (LPI). The annual awards recognise the best in innovations and achievement across workplace learning.

Partnering for the second year running, Go1 became headline sponsor in 2022 to show a strong commitment towards celebrating the highest achievements in workplace learning and cementing Go1 as a true supporter of workforce development and upskilling.

In its mission to provide top quality, personalised learning content that meets the needs of a global workforce, Go1 is also proud to sponsor the ‘Learning Leader of the Year’ Award for the second year. The award is presented to an outstanding individual who has made a real difference to both the learning operation in their workplace and the organisation holistically thanks to impactful and effective strategy. In order to truly stand out,the individual should also be seen as a true leader amongst their peers. The finalists in 2022 include Geraldine Kemp from Barclays, Jess Hall at Well Pharmacy, Karen Powell from IQVIA, Kasia Suwinska at Dojo, Kristina Tsiriotakis from DECIEM, Liana Mackey from Dell Technologies, Lisa Johnson from NHSBT and Renee Sanabria from HearingLife.

Ollie Browning, VP of Sales EMEA at Go1, says: “In a fast paced and ever evolving world, it’s crucial that we take the time to champion those who help us learn and grow. There’s an ever increasing demand for tailored L&D offerings within the workplace and, if businesses want to motivate and retain their talent, they will all need to pay attention and create suitable content and programmes to upskill and inspire. When workplace learning is done right, it builds more than skills - it contributes to culture, wellbeing and growth. These awards are the perfect moment to reflect on the past year and celebrate those individuals and businesses who have achieved great success in this vital work.”

Contestants and a wide range of L&D professionals and businesses will gather on the 17th February 2022 at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London for a champagne reception and first-class dinner, before an announcement of this year’s winners.
