Global Knowledge Acquires Nexient Learning

Global Knowledge announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Nexient Learning Inc., Canada's largest corporate training provider. The combination of Global Knowledge's Canadian operations with those of Nexient establishes Global Knowledge as Canada's leading provider of IT and business skills training as well as leadership business solutions. With the integration of their complementary product portfolios, customers will benefit from an expanded and unparalleled range of learning solutions.

The Nexient acquisition supports Global Knowledge's successful business strategy of securing key acquisitions that enable the company to provide quality training products, services, and solutions across a worldwide market. In 2007, Global Knowledge joined forces with Synergy Professional Services to expand across the Middle East and Africa. In 2006, the acquisition of Azlan Training established Global Knowledge as the largest IT training provider in Europe.
