Reg Agyeman will take the helm of commercial operations at Filtered as the company continues to scale following their Series A funding round. The position has been newly created and will entail leading all aspects of the commercial team as that growth continues.
He brings Filtered a wealth of strategic commercial experience gained over 15 years in the learning tech industry, having held senior positions in businesses such as StoryShare Learn, Access Intelligence, Saba Software, Tata Interactive and Skillsoft.
Those commercial gains will be reinforced by a senior hire for the product team, with Georgina Peake joining as Data Product Manager. Peake is a data specialist with experience in data strategy for Channel 4 and IBM. She will take the lead on Filtered’s new technology: Content Intelligence, an algorithmic solution that assesses learning content based on how well it supports business goals.
Both new hires boost Filtered’s 2021 drive to disrupt the learning systems market with its advanced flagship product: the smart LXP. With Agyeman leading Filtered’s commercial team, the business is poised to leverage market experience and learning expertise to bring its “less is more” methodology into the mainstream and solve content overload.
