Can Artificial Intelligence and Chat User Interface Solve L&D Challenges?
On Tuesday 12th June 2018 at 12:15 PM, Dr Chris Littlewood, Chief Scientific Officer at Filtered, will present at Learning Technologies Summer Forum.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the much-feted ‘next big thing’ in corporate learning but the number of individuals talking about this new wave of technology far outweighs those implementing it.
On Tuesday 12th June, Dr Chris Littlewood, Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Filtered, will deliver a seminar about this new technology, cut through the hype, and explain how AI can be applied in practice to improve digital learning experiences. Dr Littlewood has an extensive background in data science and leads on the science behind Filtered’s algorithm development.
The session covers:
- How AI works in other fields, the power of emulating human decision-making and the role humans play in building AI systems
- The role of algorithms and chat-based user interfaces
- Examples of Filtered's approach: chatbots for compliance, AI-driven playlists for assessment preparation and digital learning assistants to solve training content overload
This talk will take place at 12:15 PM in Theatre 3 as part of the Learning Technologies Summer Forum free seminars agenda.
