Learning Leaders Forum preview

The Learning Leaders Forum, 1-2 June, Gerrards Cross, BucksLearning NewsNews features

100 heads of learning to define the new, evolving role of Learning and Development at June forum. Preview with Donald H Taylor and Cathy Hoy.

Chaired by Donald H Taylor with keynotes from Amy Brann and Erica Farmer, the 2026 Learning Leaders Forum is a transformative two-day experience designed to empower L&D leaders to navigate the evolving relationship between human skills and AI. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into every function of the workplace, the opportunity
for L&D is clear: to lead the way in fostering a harmonious partnership between humans and technology.

This year’s forum focuses on equipping L&D leaders with the tools, insights, and strategies to build and maximise human skills, such as creativity, critical thinking, and storytelling, while exploring how these uniquely human capabilities can complement and enhance AI.

Through thought-provoking keynotes, interactive workshops, and real-world case studies, the forum will provide a space for leaders to reflect, collaborate, and take actionable steps toward creating future-ready organisations. Together, we’ll explore how to unlock the full potential of AI by amplifying the human edge, ensuring that technology serves as a tool to elevate, not replace, humans.

Forum chair, Donald H Taylor and event organiser, Cathy Hoy, join Rob Clarke on Learning News to preview the upcoming Learning Leaders Forum.
