AI and skills ‘neck-and-neck’ as L&D’s top priorities
Part 2 of Fosway's 2025 Digital Learning Realities Research looks at priorities, strategy and execution.
Fosway’s latest Digital Learning Realities research shows a clear focus on skills, but also signals a decline in attention to compliance and personal development. And while strategy is under pressure to evolve, many L&D teams still struggle to integrate effectively with the wider business.
David Perring: ‘A sea change has happened in learning. Over the past three years of the survey, we have seen the dramatic demise of compliance as the top priority for learning teams. Compliance had held the top spot for more than a decade, but has now tumbled down the priority list to such an extent that only one in four says it’s a high priority.’
In this, the second part of our series, we explore L&D priorities, strategy, and execution.
