Is measuring the business impact of learning in danger of becoming exclusive to a select few?

The Measuring the Business Impact of Learning report is in its eighth year and shows how learning leaders measure impact, evolving trends, and persistent challenges.

Piers Lea and Tammy Rutherford from Learning Technologies Group and Watershed are behind the report and join Rob Clarke on Learning News.
