Just 16% have regular access to senior leaders and less than half find L&D completely central to success. Learning News interview with David Perring on Fosway's 2022 Digital Learning Realities Research.
New research from Fosway and the Learning Technologies show has learning and development struggling to be heard by senior business leaders. Only 45% say that their own C-Suite see learning and development as central to the success of their organisation and that just one-in-seven get regular access to their C-suite.
In 2022 learning and development itself has little confidence in its ability to solve the biggest learning issues, just one-in-five think they are effectively supporting reskilling, upskilling, onboarding and business change. But it's a mixed picture with greater success for learning and development in tackling compliance.
David Perring who led the research joins Learning News to discuss digital learning realities in 2022.
