TV presenter and leadership expert Ken Hames is hosting a seminar at the Learning and Skills Exhibition 2010 on employee engagement.

Ken Hames is well known for his television series Beyond Boundaries, which has seen him lead teams of people with disability on expeditions crossing the jungles of Nicaragua; the deserts of Namibia and the mountains of Ecuador. As a highly regarded business speaker and leadership trainer, Ken draws on his experiences on these and other expeditions to help him deliver powerful results.

At the forthcoming Learning and Skills Exhibition Ken will be focusing on employee engagement and dispelling the myth that engaging staff costs vast amounts of money. With current, relevant and simple tips on helping people to reach their potential and inspiring individuals and teams to achieve extraordinary things, this seminar is a must for anyone interested in getting the most from their most important resource - their people.

Ken is also a Director of learning and development company Farscape Development who are exhibiting at Stand 171. He and his colleagues will be available to talk about ideas around employee engagement and how staff challenges can be overcome. They are highly experienced at designing and delivering innovative training in a wide variety of companies and sectors.
