eyeson named cool vendor by Gartner Inc
Gartner Inc. nominated eyeson as cool vendor under the category unified communications in 2017 as the only European company. The video meeting and webinar tool eyeson is based on its Single Stream Technology (SST) which collects video, audio and data inputs from various sources and combines them into one single stream.
Being nominated by Gartner Inc. as a cool vendor is truly an honor and delight since it represents one of the main leading research and advisory companies worldwide.
eyeson was the only European company which was nominated under the category unified communications in 2017, which is mainly dominated by US-based companies.
eyeson’s cloud-based technology is applicable to many use cases including unified communications, IoT, etc. Basically, eyeson is able to collect certain data from multiple devices together with live and recorded video streams, live audio conversations and static images.
The SST combines these multiple streams and embeds them into one single video stream which monitors the devices as well as triggers a live video chat when various events warrant direct engagement. This stream is deliverable to mobile applications, WebRTC-enabled browsers and video content management solutions.
Due to eyeson’s bandwidth sensitivity algorithms it promises optimal network condition adjustment for excellent viewing. Moreover, eyeson provides an API for integrating its video technology into 3rd party platforms. It enables direct control of the cloud MCU instances.
eyeson is supporting enterprise town hall meetings with the option of multi-speaker webinars. Therefore, the possibility is given that active video participation can be assigned and switched among the speakers.
Since eyeson is integrated in Youtube, the content can be recorded, saved, searched and distributed.
